When Jeff established this company, he brought to the table seventeen years experience in the site utility business. He started working in the industry as a grounds man in his teen years and worked his way up to management. Learning all aspects of this industry from a hands-on perspective gave Jeff the experience, knowledge and tools to build a profitable company with continued growth every year. Jeff’s excellent work ethic and vision has allowed him to create a multi-faceted and prosperous construction company. |

laura@jeffwheelerconstruction.comIn 1996, Laura graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in business management from University of Maryland. She pursued a management career in marketing and sales up until she joined Wheeler Construction in 2003. Implementing strategies, Laura structured the accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resource departments. Today she oversees the operations while working in partnership with Jeff to facilitate new and exciting facets of the business.

An alumnus of Villa Julie College, Angela graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate’s degree in accounting. Angela brings ten years of business operations experience to Wheeler Construction. She has been instrumental to the increased efficiency of daily office operations, website development and the pursuit of company growth. Her daily responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, website maintenance and new project development.
